The fundamental difference between BackBone On-premise and Cloud software is where it resides. On-premise software is installed locally, on your business’ computers and servers, whereas cloud software is hosted on the vendor’s server and accessed via a web browser. Secondly, On-Prim allows to customize, manage and run the application for your own use as a Single-tenant application whereas the Cloud platform is hosted in a Cloud Server with Out of Box features ( without any customization ) and it serves many clients ( multi-tenant)

Once you make the monthly fee payable in full, the clinical and transactional data will be backed-up and given to you
We strongly advise you to take a copy of all the reports and data in an excel sheet every day or at a particular time interval. The reports and data can be easily imported to Excel or PDF.
The performance of the Cloud system will be based on the speed of the Internet.
Every Clinic/Hospital Unit will be provided with a maximum of 5 users to access the system
If you plan for the second branch/unit it will be treated & charged as a separate license and you need to pay the one-time sign-up fee and the monthly recurring fee for that unit/branch
Training /Support Question – we must have a link for the Implementation Approach – as there is no mention of such content anywhere.
Implementation Approach
- Aosta will provide training to the designated user from the Client for 1 week.
- Once the payment is made, you need to notify the Single Point of Contact/IT support a person from your side
- Your instance of the application will be configured in the cloud server with Admin Panel,Password settings and default Masters. This date will be notified to you for planning the monthly fee and it will be pro-rata for the first month.
- No old database/migration will be undertaken
- Aosta’s Implementation Consultant will train your named users ( up to 5 members) on how to use each module
- The training will be completely offshore through TeamViewer/Skype/GoToMeeting orany other virtual conference tools
- The training will be done for 1 week and the sign-off will be obtained. No trainingthe extension will be given.

- Virtual classrooms
- Pilot run
- Use of reports
- Admin configuration and user creation
- Support Portal access
- Once sign off is done, the application for your clinic/hospital is declared as “Go Live” in the Cloud server
No refund will be done, at any point of time once subscribed for monthly plans. However, if the client has opted for a half-yearly/yearly subscription, the refund will be done for the unutilized months in the plan on a pro-rata basis. The client can also access the application till the end date of the subscription.
The standard reports for each module will be made available once the application is fully configured. These reports either can be downloaded as .xls or .pdf files or configured to get by email.
Once you provide your SMS Gateway partner we can integrate the same with your BBcloud Instance and there is a one-time integration fee of Rs.15,000+GST is applicable for the same. You can configure your SMS templates for your business needs. Customers to take care of SMS charges on their own.
